Summary
I'm trying to start over from scratch, but even after clearing everything, SS reports 4.5 GB in use in my account
Content
I'm trying to wipe out all my cloud data in order to start over (after doing some cleaning on my local drives) but SugarSync still reports that 4.5 GB are in use.
I have used the "Reclaim Storage" command and cleared out all the orphaned files it reported, as well as deleting everything that appeared in the "Disconnected Folders" list. The only thing still around is my Magic Briefcase, which contains about 20 Megabytes of material.
I submitted a report ticket, but have yet to hear back (although it's only been 24 hours, on a weekend to boot).
It would be nice if SugarSync had a "delete everything & start over" option somewhere under the Account page, for use in situations like this.

UPDATE: Learned from post "Uhh... How in the world do you DELETE albums or photos????" (http://sugarsync.hivelive.com/posts/e6de3f083a) that files still present in Photo Album may independently take up space (even though their original source folder has been permanently deleted). Why in the world can't we just delete albums independently?
Environment:
I have 2 laptops and a desktop; call them Laptop-W7 [Win7 Ultimate x64], Laptop-SL [OSX 10.6.8], and Desktop-W7 [Win7 Ultimate x64].
All computers are fully-patched from Microsoft/Apple and are running SugarSync 1.9.47.85531.20120203.
Procedure:
- On all three computers, using File Manager, unsync everything.
- On all three computers, use "Reclaim Storage" to delete files.
- On each computer, use Ctrl-Shift-R (Cmd-Shift-R on Laptop-SL) to reset SugarSync client.
- In setup wizard, uncheck all folders. Each machine now shows up in "Manage Sync Folders" with only the Magic Briefcase listed.
- In SugarSync webpage, remove the previous version of all three computers from my account.
- On Desktop-W7, use "Reclaim Storage" to erase any orphaned files.
- On Desktop-W7, delete all "Disconnected Folders" listed.
- Repeat steps 6 & 7 on Laptop-W7 and Laptop-SL.
- On SugarSync webpage, emptied Deleted Items folder.
- On SugarSync webpage, removed all folders listed under Shared Folders\Owned by Me
At this point, I expected my account to be using 0 GB (well, with Magic Briefcase, about 0.02 GB). Instead, usage is around 4.5 GB.
Other unexpected outcome: there are still photos present in my Photo Album. However, their original source folders have been deleted, and I do not see an option to delete the photos from the Photos page on the SugarSync website.
